Having Trouble?

Having trouble viewing the data tables on our website? Is the middle of the page coming up blank? We’ve seen this before and it appears to be a problem with the way browsers hang on to previously stored data. Clearing your cache and cookies should fix it.

Here are some guides to assist you in updating your browser to the current version, deleting your history and clearing the cache and cookies. If you’re still having a hard time, fire us off an email and we’ll do what we can to help.

What version of my browser am I using?

Windows - While using your browser:

· Click on “Help” in the top menu bar
· Within the “Help” menu chose “About [browser]”
· Check for the version number

Mac - While using your browser:

· Next to apple icon will be the name of the browser
· Choose “About [browser]”
· Check for the version number

Google Chrome

Delete your browser cache by follow the guide below
1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (it looks like three horizontal lines in the top right corner).
2. Select Tools.
3. Select Clear browsing data.
4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
6. Click Clear browsing data.

Internet Explorer

1. On the Start screen, tap or click Internet Explorer to open Internet Explorer.
2. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings. (If you’re using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.)
3. Tap or click Options, and under History, tap or click Select.
4. Select the Browsing history check box, and any other types of data you want to remove, and then tap or click Delete.

Apple Safari

1. Open Safari if it is not already open.
2. Choose History > Clear History, and then click Clear.

Mozilla Firefox

1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select Options
2. Select the Advanced panel.
3. Click on the Network tab.
4. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.

Opera

Delete your cache browser cache by follow the guide below
1. Go to Settings from the main menu.
2. Click the ‘Privacy & security’ tab on the left sidebar.
3. Under ‘Privacy’ click the Clear Browsing Data button.
4. From the dialog, you can check-select what you would like to delete (browsing history, download history, cookies, cache, or passwords) and how far back in time you would like to do so.
